1. Who we are
ACT IQ is an ACT practice app published by OnBaseIQ, LLC ("we," "us"). This policy explains how the app handles information.
2. Information we do not collect
We do not collect:
- Names, email addresses, phone numbers, or other contact information
- Location data
- Photos, contacts, or files
- Advertising identifiers or device fingerprints
- Usage analytics, crash analytics we operate, or behavioral data
- Your answers, scores, or test results
ACT IQ has no sign-in and makes no network requests to us or to any third party.
3. Information stored on your device only
To make Gap Radar work, ACT IQ stores the following locally on your device. It is never sent to us or anyone else:
- The questions you have answered and whether each answer was correct
- Gap Radar's per-skill ability estimates built from those answers
- Your text-size preference
You can erase this at any time from About → Reset Gap Radar Progress in the app, and it is removed when you delete the app. If you use iCloud or computer backups, Apple may include this data in your device backup under Apple's own terms; we never have access to it.
4. Purchases
The one-time unlock is processed by Apple through the App Store. Apple handles all payment information; ACT IQ never sees or stores your payment details. See Apple's Privacy Policy.
5. Children and teens
ACT IQ is intended for high school students and adults preparing for the ACT. Because we collect no personal information from anyone, including users under 13, there is nothing for us to use, disclose, or sell.
6. No third-party sharing
We share no information with third parties because we collect none. ACT IQ contains no third-party advertising or analytics code.
7. Changes to this policy
If we ever change how ACT IQ handles information, we will update this page and the date above before the change takes effect.
